Maidenhead Drama Guild
MDG is a busy, friendly group of theatrical folk. We mount at least 4 productions a year - the Maidenhead Panto, just before Christmas (see photo of latest production, Aladdin, below); an open air production in July (often Shakespeare); and spring and autumn productions that can range from modern thrillers to restoration comedy.
Apart from welcoming aspiring actors (obviously!), we are always looking for people with other creative talents - woodworkers to build sets; lighting and sound technicians; needle masters for costumes; marketing gurus for publicity - the list is endless! Don’t have a skill, just enthusiasm? Come along and learn something new!
