Maidenhead Heritage Centre
Maidenhead Heritage Centre is an independent Charity based at 18 Park Street Maidenhead. We are a Heritage Centre/Museum. We have regular changes of exhibitions and cover all aspects of Maidenhead’s rich history. We have a small gift shop which sells books, prints and souvenirs with a local flavour.We are run by volunteers and one paid part time administrator. We always welcome new volunteers for stewarding, fundraising and organising events (contact the office for an application form).
We provide speakers for community groups, organisations and clubs. We also accommodate group visits to the Heritage Centre by prior arrangement. We have mini lunch lectures at the centre on every second Thursday of the month and other various events throughout the year. We have dedicated researchers to help the public with their historical enquiries.
