We hold contact information for our signed-up member groups, in order to enable us to keep in touch with them to make them aware of the activities of the Maidenhead Arts Council, from time to time.
The information that we hold is such information as has been supplied to us by each member group for the purpose outlined above.
We will not distribute or share our member groups’ contact details with any other person or organisation.
If a member group decides to leave the Maidenhead Arts Council, their contact information will be immediately removed from our records.
In the event that any member group wishes to remain as a member of Maidenhead Arts Council but does not wish to continue to receive information from us, it is the responsibility of that member group to contact us to request that we delete their contact information from our records, which will be done immediately on receipt of such a request. However, please be aware that this will limit our ability to communicate about membership benefits and renewal.
We also hold the names and addresses of those who receive our monthly newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time, and upon request we will delete any personal information we hold.
