If a member group decides to leave the Maidenhead Arts Council, their contact information will be immediately removed from our records.
In the event that any member group wishes to remain as a member of Maidenhead Arts Council but does not wish to continue to receive information from us, it is the responsibility of that member group to contact us to request that we delete their contact information from our records, which will be done immediately on receipt of such a request. We also hold the names and addresses of those who receive our monthly newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time, and upon request we will delete any personal information we hold.
