Renaissance Voices

Renaissance Voices is an amateur choir based in Maidenhead, whose repertoire focuses on the Renaissance and Baroque periods of classical music. We normally give three concerts a year, usually at All Saints Church in Maidenhead, including a special festive one at Christmas.

Since September 2016, the choir has been led by Robert Jones.  Robert was a Music Scholar at Christ Church, Oxford, and a Lay Clerk at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor and at Westminster Cathedral, before embarking on a career as one of Britain’s leading consort singers, featuring on award-winning recordings with the Tallis Scholars, the Orlando Consort and the Gabrieli Consort. He has been Director of Music at the Wren church of St. Bride’s, Fleet Street, in the City of London since 1988, and has been associated with many leading British choral societies.
