Sing we at pleasure

Renaissance Voices and Turpin's Recorder Quartet, with solo violinist Jonny Hayward and organist Sam Bristow present an evening of madrigals and motets.
Directed by Paul Leddington Wright, the evening's choral programme will feature English madrigals by Morley, Bennet, Dowland, Farmer, Weelkes and Farnaby together with motets from Viadana and Monteverdi. We will also sing Bach's "O Jesu Christ, mein Lebens licht" and two well known works from Handel.
Expect Elizabethan dances from the recorders plus a mystery work from Paul Lexington Wright 9organ0 and Jonny Hayward (violin) and overall, you are in for a treat of early music!
